Joni and Friends Knoxville is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing hope, dignity, and support to individuals with disabilities in East Tennessee, Kentucky, and Guatemala. Through their various programs and initiatives, they strive to connect families with disability-friendly churches, offer Gospel-centered care, and reach out to families living with disabilities with a message of hope. Led by Area Director Lauren Richardson, Joni and Friends Knoxville is committed to creating a more inclusive and welcoming community for people living with disabilities in the region. With a vision of a world where every person with a disability finds their place in the body of Christ, Joni and Friends Knoxville offers a range of services including community support, respite, retreats, and crisis response. Their dedicated team of volunteers plays a crucial role in making their ministry programming possible, bringing hands-on help and Gospel hope to individuals with disabilities both locally and globally.
