Ricki's cookie corner is MUCH more than cookies. It's a 100% Kosher bakery w/ the BEST challah in multiple flavors including chocolate. Ricki has been making her signature 'chipsticks' for years. They, too, come in a variety of flavors. She also makes delicious cakes & many other confections. On Wednesday nights she makes pizzas for take out which makes her the ONLY Kosher restaurant in Memphis. She ships all over the world. Went to Rikki's to pick up some Challah bread for my aunt. I was so happy to get her a great special! Two braided loaves for ten dollars! Forgot to take a picture of the Challah Bread. Smelled...

I dunno... The cookies seemed pretty not-done when we bought them. Seriously, we popped them in the oven for another few minutes and they turned out perfectly after a second cooking. Really...
