History

Dave holds a masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University and holds a State of Tennessee Department of Health - Temp License #1362. He spent two years interning at the Trevecca Nazarene Counseling Center and has been running a private practice since 2016. He is currently supervised by Sara Hopkins, PHD., LMFT, LMT#928.

Sessions are held in an office with a warm and welcoming environment. Dave loves to laugh and hopes in each session that you feel comfortable and heard. Dave primarily sees with clients dealing with anxiety, creative blocks/creative process, depression, spirituality (post-evangelical, deconstruction, and religious trauma), relationships (premarital, communication/conflict), and sexuality.
