It is a bank close to work. They are sometimes really friendly and other times not so much. Put money in and get money out... Really all you need in a bank I guess.

That automated phone system has to go! 9 million buttons later I still haven't gotten any answers then when I get put on hold I'm on hold forever I've never spoken to anyone

This is a large bank that is only out to gather money due to Over Draft Fees. The people who work here will only look up your account and point at possible things that made the ODF occur. They do...

They answered the phone Midtown Medical and when I said, midtown medical? The girl on the phone said, do you have a wrong #? I said I must and hung up to look up Regions in a different source....
