Terrible bank. Customer service is horrible, refuses to help you, and offers no solutions. As soon as all of my transactions have cleared, I'm closing out my account. Good riddance.

Took a vehicle in on trade from a very good commercial customer of regions bank. The customer paid off their loan on the trade with regions and has not been able to receive there title from them....

All Region Banks are a scam. They charge you $3 to cash a check drawn on them. They even charge a handling fee for processed checks even if you have an account. Fees,fees,fees for everything....
