Ok, updated post 10 days after incident. Within a day or two regions reached out to me to help me file a complaint against the woman that worked at the Bartlett branch across from Bank of America....

If I could give zero stars I would. Regions is the worst bank to deal with. As a business account holder I don't have a lot of time to deal with lengthy lines for simple transactions like deposits...
