History

Dr. John Tate started Regional ENT Associates, PC in Lebanon, TN and opened our satellite office in Gallatin, TN in 2012. Dr. Tate wanted to be able to offer services to the Gallatin, TN area as well as Lebanon, TN. We offer Otolaryngology services and Audiology services. Our Nurse Practitioner, Leslie Allen, is in our Gallatin location three days a week to serve patients. Dr. Tate is there one day a week. We also have our Doctor of Audiology, Mitzie Slayden, in Gallatin two days a week to offer hearing testing and hearing aid consults. Additionally we have our highly qualified OTO tech in Gallatin three days a week to test hearing and help with any audiology needs. We would be happy to schedule you!
