The manager that was on duty at this location, Scarlett..could care less about customer retention. We had just finished a 7 hour kayak trip so we were STARVING , looking forward to some crab legs...

Had a great dinner at this location. From the salads and appetizer (lobster dip) to the entrees (ultimate and endless shrimp) our food was great. Service was good, too, and we had all we needed....

We went to this place last night around 7 p.m. There were only about ten cars in the parking lot. We had to wait to be served. We got served by the person who seated us. We asked for sweet tea...
