This is my first time in Pigeon Forge and this is the friendliest restaurant we've been to. We've been here three days and Puckett's set a high bar for the rest of the week.

The servers are extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant is minutes from Dollywood and popular with tourists and locals. My husband and I enjoyed our dinner and talking to the other guests...

It's a fast casual restaurant. You order at the counter right at the front door. Food is southern comfort food. The line gets a bit crazy but moves fast. You also need to order your drinks...
