We started somewhat out of a disappointment of the quality of a delivery. We needed work and was just laid off from a job of 6 years but had recently purchased a bed. It was delivered by a gentlemen that was independent of the furniture company I purchase the merchandise from and he did ok but was not engage with me as a paying client. The gentlemen explained that he had at least 5 to 6 deliveries a day at about $70-$100 a delivery. So I figure with my knowledge of customer service and experience at servicing people properly I can do this and Point A to Point B Moving & Delivery was born. We've expanded into moving due to the demand from clients through word of mouth of how great our service is.
