Rainsville Funeral Home opened for business on January 24, 1957 in a small block building located on McCurdy Avenue South in Rainsville, AL. A year later, the funeral home purchased adjacent lot and constructed a new building. The project marked the first of several expansions, eventually leading to the opening in December 1996 of new building which has adjoining cemetery. We also provide a monument selection. After beginning the funeral home and serving families for thirty-nine years, Edward Chandler died on February 11, 1996. His son, Keary Chandler began working with his dad in 1978. Now more than 30 years in the business he, along with his family, take great pride in continuing the tradition of service to families that his father started so many years ago. We also provide a monument selection and cemetery plots.
