This is, by far, the best bank I've ever banked at. Friendly, efficient, caring and always a delight to work with, in this physical branch in Goodlettsville as well as on the phone!

Very transactional branch. Not the usual friendly environment you find in other Pinnacle branches. Many of the frontline employees could use some extra training on interpersonal skills.
