PAUL PETERSON , MD

Dr. Ashok Reddy Polu is a double board-certified physician in neurology and vascular neurology with a specialized focus on acute stroke and expertise in neuro-ultrasonography. With a dedication to advancing the field, Dr. Polu also holds the position of Director of Neuro-Ultrasonography at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center, Knoxville, TN spearheading innovative approaches to neuroimaging. During his leisure time he enjoys exploring the wonders of nature, whether through travel or simply taking a stroll along with his friends and family.

Dr. Rocco Cannistraro is a neurohospitalist with Covenant Health who provides neurological care for patients in the hospital.

Dr. S. Arthur Moore is an East Tennessee native, originally from Greeneville, TN. He attended Vanderbilt University for both his undergraduate degree in neuroscience as well as for medical school, and then travelled north to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN for his neurology residency and a fellowship in Neurocritical Care, returning to Knoxville in 2014. He also received his MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2021 and currently serves as the Covenant Health Director of Neurology as well as director of the Neurocritical Care Unit and Tele-Neurology program at Fort Sanders. In his limited free time, he enjoys hiking and kayaking as well as spending time with his wonderful wife and two daughters.
