The Middle Path, Inc. is a mental health treatment center located in various cities in Tennessee, including Knoxville, Chattanooga, Kingsport, Blount County, and Cool Springs. They offer intensive outpatient programs (IOP) that utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help individuals regulate their emotions and improve their relationships. With a team of licensed clinicians and a holistic approach to therapy, The Middle Path aims to provide comprehensive care for individuals of all ages, from children to adults. The Middle Path's IOP includes group therapy sessions held three days a week for eight weeks, both in-person and virtually.
