Honestly, I like Papa John's I feel like you always get what you want in a timely manner and the garlic sauce is delicious. I get that it's a chain, but I prefer it to the other options nearby.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Order was placed incorrectly for pickup vs delivery. I called the store and was on hold well over 30 minutes. By this time, my food was 15 minutes old....

We order online for pick up. 9/10 times our order is ready, hot and fresh within 20mins or less of ordering. We've only had one issue and the manager reached out to us to fix.
