History
Overton Square is a world-class example of urban adaptive reuse. After enjoying a heydey in the 1970's, the Square fell into disrepair in the 1980's and remained a blighted area in the center of the city. Developers Bob and Lou Loeb purchased and revitalized the Square beginning in 2012, transforming the area into Memphis' premiere entertainment destination.
