Outback Steakhouse

Took my friend here for his birthday and whispered to the host to "embarrass him".. They came out and clown car-ed our booth, joked around, and made it the best! Love the Hermitage Outback crew!...

I didn't have a great food experience today but Robert the manager made it right and I appreciate that! Great customer service can make the difference.

Nostalgia, but not much more. I wish I could say the steaks were great. But they weren't. We visited to share some memories of my father back when he was alive and Outback was still a good meal....

Dinner was fine until a sudden scare and outburst from staff member Kayla. She caused sheer panic and could have caused someone to choke or worst caused a need need for medical attention. No one...

The food was horrible. Cold Alice Springs pasta, the chicken was about 2 ounces, and no flavor. The portion was also half the size it was last year. The service at the bar was great though....
