When we first opened our doors, we were known as Ocoee River Deli and Fresh Market. While the name reflected our local pride and original concept, we soon realized it was a bit of a mouthful-and not the easiest to remember. After some thought and a lot of conversation, we streamlined the name and added a clever twist. We drew inspiration from a local landmark just a mile from us: Ocoee No. 1 Dam. With that, Dam Deli and Diner was born-a name that's catchy, memorable, and rooted in local heritage.
