It offers health care services for people with complex medical and psychiatric disorders. The center offers rehabilitation therapies, skilled nursing services, and treatment and interventions for various health disorders. Rivermont Care & Rehabilitation Center offers a variety of nursing services, including screening and monitoring of nutritional and medical issues, medication management services, IV therapies, podiatry and restorative nursing. Rivermont Care & Rehabilitation Center also provides educational, transportation, pharmacy and social services.
