I was visiting Nashville and couldn't wait to shop at the store. I'm new to needlepointing and wanted to buy myself a souvenir canvas. The store is beautiful - so much eye candy and inspiration!...

They have a wide selection of embroidery supplies, but other than one employee (who told me she was new), they were rather standoffish and not particularly helpful.

Stopped in Nashville Needleworks on a recent visit to Nashville, and I was so impressed! I wasn't sure what to expect because their online presence is not as extensive as some needlepoint stores....

Maybe there is some kind of etiquette rule that I am unaware of and broke surrounding embroidery, but I got the coldest reception at Nashville Needleworks that I have ever had in a retail store. I...
