Workers were extremely rude. Just wanted to try on a hat but the one with the greasy hair told me that I was too small and feminine of a man to wear a cowboy hat.

Genuinely one of the rudest managers of a store I've ever seen. Nasty attitude, horrible customer service. Literally go anywhere else in the city for boots or hats.
