The Middle Tennessee Mental Health Institute is operated by the Tennessee Department of Mental Health & Developmental Disabilities. The phone number doesn't work? Tried a dozen times, but the call doesn't go through. How can you have a hospital or medical center that doesn't receive phone calls? NOT a good sign....
