Franklin Homes constructed its first home in May 1969. The company produces modular homes. Franklin has been under the same management since 1969. It began in a small building that covered 40,000 square feet, and its office were housed in an old stone home. Its products include 9000 series modulars, quad and triple-wide modulars, Benchmark Millennium single and double modulars, Hampton Bay line modulars and the Developer Series homes. Franklin Homes provides modular home repairs and five-day check forms for dealers. All Franklin Homes come with a warranty and repairs on appliances. Franklin Homes maintains its headquarters in Russellville, Ala.

Many of our projects are constructed for former clients on repeat basis, accounting for 50% to 60% of project workload.
