He went on to complete an internal medicine residency from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston MA from 2007-2010, after which, he completed interventional cardiology and cardiovascular medicine fellowships at Boston Medical Center in Boston, MA from 2010-2014. Dr. Montes is board certified in internal medicine, general, and interventional cardiology, and is a registered physician in vascular interpretation. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC). Dr. Montes is fluent in Spanish.
