Went to McDonalds about 7:00 PM. There was a long line at the Drive Thru so I went inside to order and went to the counter. A worker hollered at me to order at the kiosk. I told him I didn't know...

How is it possible for a McDonald's to be this slow???? 30 minutes in the drive through. More than 13 per car.
