They never get my order right. EVER. Something is always messed up, missing or cold/melted food. The workers are rude and seem to not care much either.

This is plumb ridiculous, I am missing a L fry. Not to mention, my whole order was cancelled last week before 10pm via door dash; also, the customer service person was unnecessarily rude.
