BIOGRAPHY Dr. Hopp graduated from the University of Iowa Medical School in 1982 where he served as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He also earned his Bachelor of Science at the University of Iowa. After completing a residency in orthopaedic surgery at North Carolina Memorial Hospital in Chapel Hill, he performed a fellowship in spine surgery at Texas Southwestern Medical School.
