Jessica Trentham, FNP-BC is a certified family nurse practitioner with Great Smokies Family Medicine in Sevierville, TN. Jessica says she really cares about her patients and their health, and she wants to help them be their healthiest selves. She likes family medicine because it gives her the ability to establish long-term relationships with patients. When she’s not caring for patients, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and exercising. “I chose to practice family medicine because I enjoy getting to know patients and their families. I try to always put my patients first and treat them how I want my family to be treated. After caring for the same patients for several years, you build a relationship with them, and they become like family. I enjoy caring for patients in Sevier County because of the relationships I’ve built. I plan to continue to foster lasting relationships with new and established patients.”

Jessica Payne, FNP-BC is a certified family nurse practitioner with Great Smokies Family Medicine in Sevierville, TN. Jessica says her care and concern for each of her patients is driven by her faith and love for people. Jessica says “each patient is unique and special in my book!” She likes family medicine because she really enjoys building long-term relationships with patients. When she’s not caring for patients, Jessica enjoys being with her husband and two children, reading, running, and going to church. “Practicing family medicine allows me to develop deep, meaningful relationships with patients that go beyond diagnosis and treatment. My goal as a family nurse practitioner is to provide exceptional care and ensure my patients know they’re important, cared for, and at the center of all we do. The people of Sevier County are my friends and neighbors, and I am privileged to partner with Covenant Health in serving my community.”

Lorrie Tate is a board certified nurse practitioner with LeConte Cardiology Associates. Lorrie is originally from northwest Georgia and has been in healthcare more than 30 years in various types of nursing. She worked in hospital medicine prior to transitioning to cardiology. Her goal is helping her patients understand disease prevention and how to properly treat and manage their current disease processes. During her free time, she enjoys travelling and spending time at the lake boating or spending time with family and friends.
