Madison Automotive

My car had to be towed to Madison late on January 29. They said they would check it out the next morning. They called me at 8:30 on New Year's Eve and gave me the problem which was the crankshaft....

The folks at this shop are the worst! Of course, when you first arrive, and/or call, they come off with a really concerned, customer service attitude, that, is a front giving you false feelings...

2011 charger...I had my car towed here, knowing there was an electrical issue. I told them there was a short to ground somewhere in the harness. I was told there would be a minimum 1hr/ $170...

First of all this is the first time I have ever written a review on anyone. I can not comment on the quality of repair work that Madison Automotive does because they did not complete any service...

I have used them for minor repairs and tire installation. They have done fine and the price always seems fair. Have an issue with my F150 and will take it in soon as they seem trustworthy.
