I began crafting baked goods in 1975 and continued my studies under a skilled European Master Baker. After working abroad and returning to the US, I worked in bakery manufacturing and operations. I decided to leave the corporate world and branch out with Lovin' From the Oven in 2014. Most of my well-known specialties include fresh-baked Quiches, hand crafted croissants, pastries, and fresh seasonal items.

Have to write a review for this guy and his food truck - it's unbelievable! I am a HUGE almond croissant gal - that is my go to pastry item and I've eaten too many to count from all over the U.S....
Opted for the banana cream cake today. Dense, but moist, with a creamy frosting. Quite delicious!
This man's food truck is the absolute bomb!! He has samples of everything. His quiches are made right from the truck. I would go out of my way to get his creations! My bf loves the pecan sticky...
