HistoryWe started making cheesecakes as a hobby after we retired. Soon our friends and neighbors began asking us to make cakes for them. Then we started making cheesecakes for a restaurant in Harriman. At that point we decided to open our store, and we made the decision to continue to make our products like we did when we were making them at home, no shortcuts, no preservatives, and most importantly to continue using only premium ingredients in everything we make. Our first store opened in January, 2108. Since that time we have added many new items to our menu, but our policy has not changed. We still use only the best ingredients available including real butter, whole eggs, heavy cream, real vanilla extract, real cheese, and imported chocolate in our products.
