Two washing machine and dryers for a huge complex. Getting clean towels was horrible. Service non-existent. Roof leaks. We won't be back.

A+Rating for Laurel Point on Ski Mountain Road in Gatlinburg Tennessee!!! Enjoyed a week stay in a beautiful mountain setting. Lovely 2 bath, 2 bedroom with all amenities!
