This park is full of meandering streams and mossy rocks and is one of the most biologically diverse areas in North America. Surrounded by Cherokee National Forest, this park is perfect for hiking through well preserved land. The area is also a part of the Unicoi Bear Reserve. Awesome state park with plenty of parking, pull offs to play in the creek, and tons of hiking trails. Dog and kid friendly, no bathrooms available. Lots of wildflower blooms and creekside hiking....

Great park to take kids for easy access to wade and swim in a mountain stream. Has trails. Picnic area is very limited and located too close to porta-potties. Just go for the water!
