We went last year and it was amazing! So many different kinds and shapes of the balloons! They have tethered rides or unteatherd rides with the latter being more expensive than the tethered one...

The weather was not kind to the festival Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning. Winds and rain yesterday grounded balloons, and wind this morning kept balloons from flying high. Risk was too great...
