My meat looks uncooked and I waited nearly and hour just to get 5 Krystal's and some fries......

Pleasant employee that took order. Food not so much. Ordered 3 cheese Krystal's no mustard but did not get pickles. Chili cheese pup had a weird taste. Fries were mushy.

Terrible service needs to be shut down as soon as possible, I waited in line 30 mins for them to tell me I'll have to wait 15 mins before any one takes my order I went inside the store no one...
