I went to crystals today and I thought it would be good until I waited almost 30 minutes for my food and drinks and staff was so slow to get everything ready. Food wise it tasted like cafeteria...

Horrible .wait in drive thru for 25 min . With absolutely no movent in line ! I left as did ab 3 cars behind me . Everytime I go its like this . Last time ill be going

got there at 6:15 guy says we aren't open yet, I told him that the hours posted said they were open. He proceeded to say well nobody is here so don't know what to tell you. They just need to close...

For a Krystal these are not too bad. Little Krystal hamburgers...nice and hot. Not greasy. The chocolate milkshakes are pretty good here. Thick and chocolaty!!!!
