Owner/Operator Joshua Kistner trained under his father, master technician, for 2 years. Joshua graduated from the Fred Butcher's Appliace Academy in Madison, OH, the ONLY hands on appliance repair school in the United States. Joshua is EPA Certified, AST Certified and Insured. Joshua has an Associates Degree of Science from Northeast State Community College and before transitioning into appliance repair worked for a multi-billion-dollar customer service company. Joshua is a life long resident of Bristol, Va and Bristol, TN.
