Loved one falls. Pretty often. We rarely get notified. They make excuses for everything. In assisted living, they let residents who are diabetic skip meals and their sugar drops and round and...

The best part is that they are 24 hours. However they don't really watch your loved ones. Don't. waste your money. You don't get feedback. But if something happens they just try to cover themselves.
