History

Ken's Appliance Service was established in 1983 by Ken and his wife Sara. They have both retired and have left us with big shoes to fill. Current owners Mike, Jennifer and their daughter Morgan strive to maintain the level of customer service the was demanded by Ken from the beginning.

Specialties

We are the exclusive Whirlpool Factory Certified Care provider for the Nashville market. We service all Whirlpool products which include Jenn-Air, Kitchen Aid, Maytag, Magic Chef, Roper, Estate and various private labels produced by Whirlpool.

Our Whirlpool appliances needed some TLC and the manufacturer recommended them. They've been out a few times and have provided excellent customer care and solved the problems promptly.

Ken's appliance came out to repair our refrigerator. The water was on at the time of the service call. He had to shut the water off to remove the water hose that runs to the refrigerator....
