Bad customer service. Most of the ladies seem nice but Devin doesn't like to wait on customer. He will avoid you at all costs, especially if he thinks you won't spend enough to be worth his time.

Terrible customer service. Came in looking to spend serious money on a signature Le Vian ring, only to be skipped by 3 other couples who just walked up to the counter. Clearly the employees...

This store offered a free warranty repair on my ring, then charged me 36.00. They would not give me my ring until I paid. Crooks!
