This 1000+ acre historic park offers a great experience to enjoy the outdoors and learn of Johnsonville's long history. A museum, theater, gift shop, and extensive hiking/walking trails are some of the areas main activities. More information on this park and many more can be found at the TN State Parks website.

We always enjoy visiting this small state park. They have a new museum that is interesting to visit, several trails to hike, picnic areas, and beautiful views of the river. It's very peaceful.
