I've had a great sandwich every time for all the years it's been open. These bad reviews are folks angry because they had one bad/weird experience, which is fine, but at least half of them also...

This is hands down the worst managed restaurant I ever been in. In the past 3 week I have in 4 times and not been able to get a sandwich. Either out of bread or not prepared to open. Do not waste...

Jimmy John's are always FAST & this one is no exception. My only complaint is that parking is bad on Union. I work near DT, so I only stop and eat here if there happens to be street parking....

As far as Jimmy John's (Johns', Johnses?, etc.) go, I've been pleased in the past with this location. But it's gone downhill. I went in today, waited for 20 minutes or so to have 4 orders...
