Asked for plates and napkins. Was told they'd be included. No plates and napkins showed up with the burned pizza. This was not a good experience.

Deep dish Brooklyn style is the best pizza in the town. We ordered at prime time and it came out perfect. Crisp and cheesy, I think this is the best pizza in town besides painturos
