I can't review the food because we weren't able to order. The only person we saw was the cook. After 10 minutes without seeing anyone, we left.

I'm glad to see that this Iron Skillet is still open since some of them have closed. They are no longer 24/7, and they no longer have a buffet. They are located inside the Knoxville Petro....

It's a Petro restaurant, so the food wasn't the greatest. However, my server (storm?) was wonderful. Very polite and friendly. I'd come back just for her, and a root beer.
