These morons loaded the wrong items into my car and then wouldn't let me return them. IKEA is a horrible company with even worse customer service.

Impossible to get ahold of Spence Lane folks. Ordered bookcases, got email from IKEA saying they've arrived at Spence Lane pick-up place and another saying if I wanted delivery call an 877 number...
