"This little market had the best finds! The Amish fried pies were the most delicious things ever. I also found a great chapstick that I fell in love with. They had a display of different skincare..."

Henry Hollow Heirlooms
HistoryDave owned and operated his first greenhouse in 1975 and went on to build another in 1980, his interest in horticulture growing along with each passing growing season In the winter of 1981 Dave's love of horticulture took a turn in a different direction.Remembering the smells and taste of huge kettles filled with apple butter made outside on an open fire by his great aunts and grandmother, Dave noticed that those good times were slowly falling by the wayside. He watched as grand old apple trees were disappearing either by disease or to make way for a new plot to plant. It was then that the apple bug bit. He began researching and reading everything he could get his hands on about southern apple culture. Dave taught himself to graft his first apple tree then went on to seek out those with more experience to help him hone his skills. It was at this point the apple collection began. And still goes on.SpecialtiesAt Henry Hollow Heirlooms we offer over 2000 varieties or cultivars for you to choose from. We ask you to look over the variety page and make your choices. We will be glad to assist you with your selections to make sure you are pleased with the right tree for the right geographical location
