History
Located in Cookeville, TN, this family owned business was first conceptualized around July 2011. Not having quite enough to retire on, we decided to open Hooligans. We always wanted to try our hand in the restaurant business having some prior experience in it before. Having completed college our two boys were willing to help us in this venture. So we opened January 22, 2012 and its been a roller coaster ever since. We are the Half Irish Pub because we are only of half Irish descent and strive to be as authentic as possible. NO NO NO. Walked in, got attacked and bombarded by an insane amount of cig smoke. Left. So much potential. NOT the vibe. Only if you're a smoker. Sorry. :/

The food was wonderful as usual, service staff awesome and on the ball! The music is always loud for me and of course not my choice either. Other than that, I don't have a bad thing to say about...

We came to watch a football game and didn't eat. But, saw food coming out all around us and it looked/smelled amazing. By the looks on the peoples faces, it tasted great too. they looked happy....
