History

Founded September 2015 the Hix Farm Brewery is a project to develop cutting edge craft beer and ingredients grown on a 200 year old family farm in Flynn's Lick Tennessee with a tap room open to the public in Cookeville, Tennessee since May 2017.

Specialties

24 taps featuring farmhouse hybrid styles with local ingredients and local guest taps. We also grow hops for the beer locally on our family farm.

Stopped to sample their beer after reading good reviews. Cool place; quiet when we visited. Lots of beers on tap, but only 4 were theirs. Tried two, neither was to our taste. The friendly waitress...
