Valerie offers many ways to help the body heal. She uses Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Medical massage and prenatal. She incorporates essential oils, cupping, infra red therapy and CBD oil into her massages. She offers Ionic foot detox as well.

I am a professional and respectful Massage Therapist who enjoys taking care of my clients. I continue to learn new modalities to improve my knowledge to help my clients with various issues in their body, mind and spirit. I use Swedish massage for those who are seeking relaxation only. I use Deep Tissue to release any tight muscles, trigger points, and adhesion (knots). I use Dry Cupping to release those hard to relax muscles by helping to pull out toxins, inflammation and stagnant blood that may be causing issues in the muscles. I also massage area with cups to help bring blood flow to the muscle to help it release. Athletics love the benefits from cupping. I use Myoskeletal techniques to stretch and realign the body. Bringing relaxation and pain relief by bringing the body where it needs to be to preform. I also do Aromatherapy and CBD oil to help the body, mind and spirit inside out.
