They are not consistent with the making of their product. The masa will stick to the paper leaving the filling exposed. Hit or miss with purchases. I used to couldn't go a week not having them.

These are the best tamales anywhere - including probably Mexico! I've tried tamales from many a Mexican food truck or restaurant but none compare. I don't even bother ordering them anywhere else...
